Brief Description:

“The tricycle service in Barangay Kapitolyo plays a vital role in residents’ daily mobility. However, community sensing has identified recurring concerns related to driver conduct, road discipline, passenger safety, weak enforcement of regulations, and limited coordination between the barangay and KATODA.

These issues have reduced service

quality and weakened public trust. Additionally, insufficient data and lack of sustained programs hinder effective response, while organizational challenges within KATODA affect leadership and management. This project aims to address these gaps by proposing

practical and achievable improvements to strengthen governance, accountability, and overall service standards. A program composed of several interventions were identified to address the challenges identified.

Group 1A chose to implement a learning intervention entitled “Swabe sa Kalsada, A.S.T.I.G. sa Manibela,” given the timeline of the CSO Academy for the completion of the PPE.”
